Not having a memory card from the start unappreciation thread

Well those were RPGs, so I wouldn't even attempt that shyt without a credit card, but I remember back when I used to buy those third party memory cards that had like 500 blocks compared to the usual 24 I think the offical ones had? Then the shyts would die on you and I'd be without a memory card for weeks/months since them shyts were marked up down here and I had to wait until Summer or Christmas.

Goddamn I hated those bootleg memory cards...

I remember trying to play FFX without a memory card. Got like 10 hours in, died at a boss and had to start the game over.

And the first 5 hours of that game sucks too.
