Why in the hell would I have kids and willingly take on more responsibility than I already have now and not get compensated for it? If I take on more responsibility at work, I get a raise, a promotion, or more experience added onto my resume. If I have a kid, the only thanks I get is some snot nosed shythead flashing me a smile while he extends his germy arms out for a hug. Sounds like a losing proposition

I wasn't even talking about just kids. I'm talking any type of responsibility. Dudes with your mindset seem immature and scared of responsibility. If your only reason for not doing something is because it may be difficult then you have some growing up to do.

you. Without kids the continuance of the human race, and your genes/ideologies to be exact is impossible. Also any success or wealth you make during your lifetime will be lost when you die if you have no one to pass the torch to. Some people are ok with this I'm not

is wrong with living your life as free as responsibility as possible? My only responsibility is to go to work, pay my bills, and pay my taxes, and I hope to retire in about a decade so I won't have to work. This whole "maturity" bullshyt just seems like something society has concocted to try and shame people individuals who refuse to give into conventional beliefs about having families, marriage, etc. As far as responsibility goes, I'll gladly take it on if it rewards me in the end. That's why I went to college. It was difficult, but there was a clear financial goal to be had at the end of my education. Nebulous responsibilities like raising kids have no such goal. And to be honest, I don't give a damn about the human race continuing. I think people are shyt for the most part, and when I die, I won't be alive to care about no one carrying my genes who can use my money. I can just donate it to charity or give it to my siblings

There is nothing wrong with living free with little responsibility. Keep in mind though the most successful people are those who welcome new challenges and responsibilities. You seem to expect instant gratification for hard work, and the world just doesn't work like that.
