I'm 28 with two kids and life is good I probably had my daughter when I was too young (21) but her mom and I worked hard and made the best of it. In hindsight she was a blessing cause she made me get my shyt together and start thinking about my future at a young age. Now I'm doing better than people twice my age, I got old 50 year old no kid having mufukkas hating on me at work. And my wife and I are set up to have a beautiful life together. Kids are not for everyone, and you shouldn't have kids until your ready, but sometimes it's hard to see the value in them until you have them.

It helped me become mature alot quicker

Also it doesn't hurt that when he graduates from High School I will only be 37

I can't think of anything I missed out on by having kid, Maybe a few parties or club night but nothing significant.

My GF is the same way. She won't really be able to do anything until she gets out of med school. I still need to go to business school as well.
