Threadstarter on point with this cuz I feel the same way.
I don't know or fukks with half the nikkas cats be name dropping in here. I hardly even visit the threads about them. When I do chance it and hear some of these new cats I just
and hit the back button out the thread.
It don't make me feel old though, it just makes me feel that music fukking sucks ass a lot more often now.
Based God- about the only new nikka who sounds half way decent, but a part of me feels if he took rap more seriously he'd be nice. Like his flow could come across sharper. His beats are nice and he original though.
J-Cole-nikka too emo and he can spit but his image ruins it for me
Aesop Rock- nikka just garbage, he basic as fukk
Big Sean-that nikka just plain stupid garbage. He don't have one redeeming quality.
Big Krit-insert average southern rapper here....no charisma at all
Meek-is aight but he gets annoying real quick. Reminds me of Pedi Crak and Bleek put together. (Annoying voice + raps loud all the time)
And these are just some cats off the top of my head. I don't even start to listen to goofball looking nikkas like Odd Future, Mac Miller, etc...
