Not Qualifying for the Corona Stimulus Unappreciation

I don't qualify but still got a deposit yesterday, the full $1200. My wife who does qualify just got her $2200 today. She was hating hard yesterday. I just put it in savings in case they notice they made a mistake and want it back.

Me either but i got one anyways, either they made a mistake on my 2019 Taxes or they looked at my 2018 one where i was HoH.

The thing about these checks is millions of people are going to use the money to pay off credit card debt or make a mortgage payment so in actuality the banks are getting a large chunk of the stimulus anyway.

Delaying does nothing for you cuz you're going to end up paying it back next year...

If you're over 75K but less than 100K for 2020 you got to pay back the difference...

If you're over 100k for 2020 you have to pay it all back...
