i'll give you that the video was made in poor taste, but again it was more of a jab to the anti-columbus day crowd. it was made with the intent to troll and instigate. it wasn't necessarily ben shapiro's definitive stance on the issue. he didn't even make the video.
he also apologized for it.
Ben Shapiro apologizes for Columbus Day video slammed as racist
I know he apologized for it only after receiving a lot if backclash, and I know Ben Shapiro claims he didn't make the video and didn't approve it personally, but I remember he initially defended the video and saw nothing wrong with it.
And you are saying that the video was made in poor taste and it was just a jab at anti-columbus day crowd but others specially Native Americans will see it differently, and lets be real here this video went beyond trolling, it was viciously mocking Natives and depicting them in really ugly and stereotypical way while praising Europeans and whitewashing their crimes against them, is this really Shapiro's idea of mocking anti-columbus day crowds? This is called ironic racism and it says a lot about Shapiro and the people who made the video.
