my abs felt like they was gonna explode....worse pain ever after tooth shyt....fasted for a few days but shyt still hurt every time I ate

Reason I asked because my pops had IBS. I dont even put hot sauce on anything, but I do love eating jerk chicken

At least, you don't have kids at 19 so that's good thing.

The only way one can grow as a person after having a child, is if that person is mature enough and responsible to be having a child.

Unfortunately there are way too many kids having kids, in lousy relationships, unable to care for themselves, never mind kids of their own, etc.
