ight look, There may be a hard boss, or a time trial and what not but, NOTHING is worse than not knowing where the fukk to go. Shyt man i even take a hard ass puzzle than this bullshyt
And don't give me this ''you could always look up where to go on a walkthrough) FOH!!!
Aint no pride in that.! I just hate when you're making great progress then all of sudden the game throws a curve ball and makes you use a shtty map (that only shows your marker) and you gotta backtrack the whole damn game to see where you fukked up

I'm a videogame vet at this point so when I don't know where to go or get stuck, I literally say "this level design sucks" or "terrible game design" and look up where I gotta go.

shyt is the worst with Rpgs. That's kind of why I refuse to go back to final fantasy 12. I have no clue where I was or what I was doing when I took a break.

like on some real shyt, the game makes you get some dumbass artifact or some goofy ass shyt and you gotta SEARCH THE END OF THE FUKKING EARTH TO FIND IT!! Got a player jumping on unreachable cliffs, attacking unbreakable objects and making you go all the way back to the beginning of the level

This never happens to me in modern gaming,they make shyt obvious and leave hints.


But during the ps1/n64 days when they first went 3d and were new at it i would constantly get lost in games.

I played part one on the easiest level to get it over with as quick as i could.

How you get lost in the Citadel though, it wasn't even that big

There were too many areas to it imo. Loading every time you had to go to another location within the citadel . There were times i didn't know where to go (someone would tell me where to go, but not EXACTLY where to go), so i kept traveling to different clusters and what not, and after like thirty minutes i'd end up turning the game off without saving it. Like the OP said, too much pride to look it up.

Lol. Mission where u had to save the chick who was trying to sell some kind of secrets or something. I remember trying to figure out where to go to find her for like literally an hour. Just FURIOUS
