that's because right now he doesn't even have to sell the music, it sells it self. but once those sales drop and his fans move on and start to lose interest, he'll be knockin' at any and everybody's door to do an interview. it happens all the time once a star falls off or starts to lose their steam as a commodity in the game

Interviews are like minefields when you have as much corporate backing and as many endorsements as Drake, and I'm not defending son. It just is what it is.
He doesn't NEED interviews, and taking on certain interviews (Breakfast Club, etc.) would undoubtedly put his stock at risk each time, and would require grooming, patience, etc. It's an unnecessary risk at this point.
As stated before, he'll do em when he starts falling off. No need to reinvent the wheel if his current jig is still on the ground.
