Am I tripping or is this low key like an algorithm attached to a team. Big market team A loses the next day a bunch of stories about how they want a third star, to trade a star or sign a free agent. It’s like it’s by design to keep us constant talking about the league.

Lakers need to start preparing for the post lebron era. The 1 shot imo for a title contending team was this season and with all the moves made at the deadline. It's only so many times a franchise can flip half the roster for a guy who losing the ability more and more to carry the team to a title. So unless Davis is going for all star returns, it's pointless trading him to appease lebron.
Some logical trades imo:

Raptors get- Simons, #3 pick, Nurkic, Little, future 1st
-(If Portland blows it up)
-Blazers get : Jordan Poole, Kuminga, Moody, 2 or 3 Firsts
-Warriors get: Dame Lillard
-(Mavs re-sign kyrie)
Mavs get: Bradley Beal
Wizards get: jaden Hardy, #10, THJ, Bertrans, future 1st, OR
-Mavs get: Mikal Bridges
Nets get: Hardy, THJ, #10
-Warriors get: Mikal Bridges,
Nets get: Poole, Kuminga, Moody or a future 1st
-Kings get: Mikal Bridges
Nets get: Keegan Murray, future first or 2, Holmes
