They petty for still making us rent the equipment though I bought my own modem/router but I'm not gonna go buy a TiVo for each room just for them to STILL charge a rental fee for the cable cards smh.

But you work business class though how long you been wit the company? I been here for a lil over a year but I'm only CT3

Just hit my year mark this month. Inside BSR. Honestly im tryna get over to retention though. They making around 3-4k bonus easily by just recontracting people.
