Nah.Scarlet Witch should of DEFINITELY been in it over those two. LOL@Black Widow being in this over her. That's wild.
Yeah..she got a nice push since the Bendis era. Around the same time they brought down Scarlet Witch to retool the whole Avengers Universe.

not at all....she's an X-Men character first and the explanation of her being Magneto's daughter would've had to be left out. I know that's the main reason you feel this way
Scarlet Witch is an X-Men character first? She's been the perennial Avengers chick for years. shyt, even after she was revealed as Magneto's daughter, it was more Magneto and Quicksilver interacting. She was always knees deep in all of that Avengers magic shyt that was going for decades.
Recently her connection has become a big deal though...the animated shows, her return back to the fray, and even the reasoning for whenever she doubts herself but she was always an Avengers character more than an X one. Wanda never gave a damn about mutant rights

Scarlet Witch could very possibly be an X-Men property meaning that FOX would own her film rights and Marvel Studios wouldn't be able to use her.

I dont know about that, i mean the older heads who dont really keep up with the comics now but enjoy the movies think of her in the X-Men books. She was even in those X-Men Legends games. Fox may own the rights to her.
And Hawkeye is a much more popular Avenger than Ant Man and Wasp. There is no way they cut him for them.

So? Skrulls are a FF property (owned by FOX) hence why they couldn't legally be in Avengers without changing them up. They been in Avengers since forever.
