I'm not sure why you're laughing because he's right. The Avengers comic was started to bring more popularity to Marvel's (then) second tier characters such as Iron Man, Thor, Captain America and Ant-Man and help promote their solo-books. It's only post-2000 when Bendis took over that the Avengers really started featuring A-list characters in them.

Man if you gonna change the date, keep it in the summer on like June. I see all these studios moving tentpole flicks to fall and spring dates and Im like there's way too much other shyt going on (Final Four, TV season, Wrestlemania)

Also its comical how many untitled DC and Marvel projects between now and 2020, kind of stupid and ridiculous they have no plans for what movies, just that they got dates.

Just being a casual comic fan I always thought Captain America and Iron Man were upper tier characters in terms of popularity. Both of those characters were always in the Marvel video games, unless the game was X-Men specific. I never thought the Fantastic 4 were above either.

Oh....well hell, there's no explanation then unless they say "we finished earlier than expected". Changing from the original date wasn't a good move, people are going to read into it.

It's not changing from the original date though. They have changed the release date a grip of times already.
Initially they were talking about the unrealistic idea of having the MOS sequel done by 2014, then they announced it would be Batman vs Superman and be releasing it on July 17, 2015, then they moved it back to May 6, 2016 (which was Ant-Man then supposedly the Dr. Strange date for Marvel but they decided to move Cap 3 to May 6 after BvS announced they'd release on that date) and now it is moved up to March 2016.

And all anyone who isn't dedicated to choosing sides in the retarded "Comic Book Movie Wars" would see is that an exec at WB realized that going head to head with a Marvel movie would be stupid and that Cap 2 coming out the first week of April helped that movie make a lot of money and why not follow that model by releasing BvS on Easter weekend.

Its a win for anyone who enjoys these types of movies because now there is no choice to be made and everybody can very well in 2016.
