It ain't like he got a top 10 billboard hit out or ever had. He knows his lane and stays in it. 50 fukked the game up when it became all about first week numbers. When back in the day it was all about ur album working its way up the charts and constantly getting numbers. Nowadays an artist might sell 200k his first week and then go gold. Where as at one point in time an artist might debut in the top 20 and gradually works his or her way up.

Valid response but Take Care dropped a full month before Jeezy did. That isn't exactly right next to each other in Hip Hop time frame but I wouldn't say it didn't have an effect.
