Im from New Orleans but moved permantely to LA when Katrina hit as a teenager. Before then I was in LA every holidays and summer. My Dad was from LA born and raised.

Genuine question. Have you ever been around gang shyt before? Sometimes all it takes is the wrong color. I'm a civilian but I've been around gang shyt. It's a war. That's not hyperbole. They had those truces but there's decades of pent up hate that don't go away just because.
