Katt deserves credit for basically debuting an entire special on an interview. NEVER seen that before, extremely well played chess move but even the brilliance of THAT is going to go over most people’s heads

Shannon deserves significant credit for the interview by being mostly neutral/not kekeing or talking too much or making it about him.

You're referring to Dave chapelle as a person, we’re talking Dave chapelle as a comedian. I doubt you know a single black person that can name a single Dave chapelle comedy special. Like I said, black people only rock with Dave because of the chapelle show.

Dave doesn’t have a classic stand up special like seriously funny or pimp chronicals. There’s no classic Dave chapelle stand up joke.

Hate to bring up Chris Rocks special,but it sounds like you basically mean "nikkas" and not black people. Because a large ammount of black people have chris and Chapelle ranked as one of the goats. A nikka like myself enjoys Mike Epps more than Chapelle. But I still have Chris as one of the goats of standup. And I see plenty of black people who rank Chris and Dave high if not goat.


Then you did try to imply like "nikkas vs black" people was the joke that made him loved by whites. As if the whole Bring your Pain special being considered a classic by everyone,especially black people, isnt what caused him to get a push.

At this point arguing who is funnier is just subjective. I don’t find Mike Epps funny at all. Not even a little bit :mjlol:

I didn’t just imply the bolded, I stated it as fact. I don’t think you can seriously argue against the nikka vs black people joke being co-opted by white people. It’s the most famous Chris rock joke for that reason. The bring the pain special is a classic and that joke in particular is what white people used to justify elevating Chris rock to superstar status.

I never said the second bolded nor did katt I don’t know where you pulled that from :mjlol:
