in a lot of these cases when allegations pop ups, dudes are likeadmitting guilt and '' steppin away '' which is totally different from lets say a Nate Parker who went to court and got found not guilty

Caved under pressure without good counsel. No evidence outside of hearsay, is not a real case.
I don't know many people that would falsely admit to sexual assault under pressure when they are innocent. Especially when the pressure isn't coming from cops in an interrogation room.

Bold is my biggest problem with it. I feel for anybody that gets raped or anything but why do people make shyt feel so fad like nowadays.my main issue with all this is, with everything.. from Cosby to this
1. it just takes accusations? No clear evidence? Proof? Just words... and someone reputation is done
2. The people making the accusations have been angels all they life? theyve never made no advances towards any man in a sexual way - EVER ?you should see some of these popular athlete and celebrity DM's but some how, thats different I guess? So if we pulled all these girls texts messages they never said no foul shyt to no man, ever ?
3. ive seen many girls, especially while under the influence, make decisions they maybe wouldnt make while not under the influence, and then while sober maybe regret those decisions. thats on HER, not anyone else. If a drunk girl walks up to you and says lets go home and fukk, and then wakes up the next morning and regrets it, that DOES NOT make that other person a rapist.
none of this sits right with me. It didnt sit right with me when it was happening to Cosby, it didnt sit right with me while its happening to hollywood, I know everyone is happy "all these powerful people are paying the price" but it just opened the flood gates that ACCUSATIONS WITH NO PROOF can ruin someones career, life, etc. now its happening to bigger local rappers... everyone got a "rape/sexual assault" story.. its just out of control.

Got what was coming to him honestlyYou can assume the majority of "promoters" and their owners are predators, and sleaze, guilty of sexual assault and rape, in many different forms....Been around that scene for years, more on the outside now, but like 6-7 years ago, I was always in clubs, always with promoters, many of my friends are guilty too.
Take a bunch of younger women, who may not be that "sophisticated" about clubs and "parying" (aka extreme drink and drug use) back to an after party drunk, and get them in a bedroom, when they are blacked out, and call it "consensual sex", is typical MO of these people. Sure, there are women who are down, and aware of what they are doing, but there are A LOT who don't, and just charge it to the game, blame themselves for drinking too much.
Here's the thing with sex, why would you ever regret it, to the point of calling it rape or sexual assault? It's a consensual, mutual activity. Can't see a women every "regretting sex" with me to the point they say I raped her. Women say that because they can't remember, or barely recall what happened, much less saying yes.....which is for sure sexual assault/rape territory.
I don't drink anymore, I'm IN that spot sometimes, rather be the dreaded "nice guy", who puts her in bed, and goes home, than have her thinking "I probably would have had sex with him, but I don't remember what happened....did I say yes.....was I blacked out...."
