I took a jog for the first time in years and that shyt HURT. My shins, ankles and joints were immediately not feeling it. Probably made it about 3/4ths of a mile before I started walking lol. Any seasoned joggers have any tips for a beginner? Now I feel challenged and want to defeat my hate of jogging.

Always wondered about this. There is a park right next to my house with 4 baseball diamonds. Bout to run around that.
