A lot of people are fans of the brand, the overall ecosystem, and with I imagine gamers like to have the console the majority of their friends have.

As a gamer, there is nothing better than Gamepass. Not in the history of gaming. What is gamepass? For me, its been a way to play 100s of games a year for a little over $100 a year. Maybe $150. As high as $180 nowadays. So the price of 3 games. I get to play more games than I imagined I'd even want to play. Constantly finding new greatness that I would have passed on.

The industry has more games dropping than ever yet dev's are struggling to survive trying to please the fanboy. That's why they go under.
The fanboy is missing out on all the great games because a fanboy only listens to others to decide for them what is worthy of their time.

Sony released Horizon Adventures and Astrobot and that's about it in 2ys, all this gen been hardly any next gen games. Just PS4 games running smoother. And you guys have the audacity to say the console war is over when we been eating on Xbox all generation.

It's mostly from digital sales and there's more digital customers on PC than there is on PlayStation. Now with the PlayStation experience shifting from consoles, that's not what you say when you're only porting a handful of old games.
