States are going to have to start planning for cuts before the midterms though you can’t wait until money dries up to start thinking about what services to cut.

If you know money is coming in then yeah you can take your time to study and think about it

He’s probably going to “appoint” a special prosecutor that will drag out an “investigation” that will never go anywhere. Added benefit is he and the administration can simply “no comment as we don’t want to be accused of prejudicing the ongoing special counsel investigation” into eternity.
