I just don’t understand (or may have overlooked) how the altercation even began. What did Kyle do or say to make the people chase him; seems as though he provoked and instigated the situation.

He was guarding a car dealership with some other cacs and they got into it with protesters, one of the protesters was yelling for Rittenhouse to shoot him and brandishing a gun and he got shot…which lead to people chasing Rittenhouse and him shooting the other two people

And a lot of times during these riots a lot of times it’s whites doing most the rioting. Was Kyle wrong for going there to protect his fathers or friends business? IMO, no. But I think the spin that he’s a white supremacist is pretty lame just because the justice system worked on his behalf in a way it doesn’t for black people and there’s obvious system racism at play within our systdm. there’s the argument to be made on behalf of the justice system that if he was black he wouldn’t have gotten off, thats legit. I agree with that.


But I don’t think there’s necessarily anything wrong with him going there to help Protect his family or friends business from getting looted and shooting 3 dudes who attacked him. One of the survivors story changed so many times and there was evidence presented that he was defending himself.
