No more PAWGs, PLEASE??!!!??
In civil suits, less proof is needed. It will be very expensive to fight and likely more cheaper to settleWhy try a cash grab off something half a century ago which would be very unlikely to prove?

Maybe they tried to speak up back then and no one listened. But in your world, let's ignore all the people (especially black men) who have been wrongly accused as well.
what i'm saying isn't a theory, no more than what you're saying is a theory. These are facts and if someone waits 50 years to report a rape, knowing there's no evidence and is solely going to base on testimony and victim tears, it's bullshyt to me.
The spectrum of rape/sexual assualt has changed significantly - personal responsbility has been moved. You can sit there and knowingly take drugs and have sex and then 30 years later , say you were assaulted.
No one deserves to be raped or sexual assaulted but this isn't simply an innocent vs guilty thing , especially after 50 years.
@Still BenefitedThere's ppl walking the streets right now who may have raped or assaulted in their lifetime and have never once said a word or told anyone (family, friends, police, etc) about it.
Maybe it happened.....maybe it didn't.
Sometimes both sides lie. George might say, "I've never seen these broads before." But he actually smashed.
The broads might say "George raped us." But...what actually happened is that they lied about their age and George didn't actually force them....he kept asking and they went along with it. On the one hand, maybe they felt pressure and just gave in....on the other hand, George might have backed down if they just said no.
Feel like that's what's happening in these cases. Dudes were more persistent and girls felt more pressure...guys today hear one "No" and back off but back then, guys would ask a few more times. If the girl decides to let you smash and you don't use physical force, threats, alcohol etc., is it rape?
The girl feels like she was raped because she thinks she had no way out. The guy would have happily let her leave untouched but her "No" was very 50/50 and he felt like she really wanted it.
Is it rape?Guys today wouldn't even bother if a broad looks iffy...times change.
how long before they claim Denzel sexually abused someone in the 90s, 2035?![]()
Cosby beat the case though.Damn.Good luck, George![]()

But they won't go after that Carolyn Bryant bytch that got Emmit Till killed. But some shyt from the 70's is still able to be filed.
Look, I support any victim of a sexual crime to come forward right away and seek justice. And I know that it may not be easy. I understand and empathize with that. The problem with this theory is that people have their reasons for why it took them long to come forward.
There is no definitive way to come forward.
Do you know most sex crimes aren't investigated or reported at the time of assault/attack until years and decades after? Not try It's because victims afraid to come forward out of being shamed, called a liar, and all while fighting mentally to move forward with their lives but can't cause they're trying to process what happened to them.

Is that what you want, for ppl to just accept what happened to them so everybody can live their lives in peace while they themselves suffer in silence.
You guys have got to stop assuming every woman is a liar nor am I saying every man is guilty until proven innocent. We have to learn to look at these situations in an unbiased 50/50 viewpoint and not a preconceived biased 5/95 point of view.
It sets a dangerous precedent.
