Just finished a course on Tax Sale Overages, now im about to take this course on JAVA so I can learn to code this app idea I got. www.fastrls.com has all couses, pay $12 for a one month subscription to UploadGig and download everything u want that month

Purchased a TESOL cource via GroupOn coupon for $19 on Internation Open Academy. Already have two students on PalFish.
Purchased Cris Chico's FlipAnywhereAcademy for half price awhile back. Started taking action on it the beginning of this month. Closed on one deal already (finally convinced the older couple to do the closing virtually) and waiting on the title search on another.
Purchased ToddMilli's Options course. I'll put that into action next week.
Purchased The Vending Bizz's ebook. My father and I are going to do that together. Currently, scraping Craigslist for a machine to get started.
Downloaded & watched WeLive2020 (I have the links).
Listening to wealth-building podcasts non-stop.
Know more about COVID-19 than average person from all the MTurk surveys I've done this week. :D Made a little under $400 this week on the platform.
Made $50 on Lionsbridge beta testing a game last week.
Made around $75 on Prolific doing surveys (mostly COVID-19 related).
Shirt sales on Merch as still down about 25% though.
Also, I've doubled my daily investment to my S&P500 index since it fell.

you only need to know 10-15 of the key formulas and you'll be straight breh. unless you are working in a very data-heavy environment but at that point you'd probably be using more advanced tools than Excel anyway

I have 2 friends who should be transitioning their business online and I could do it for them, but I'm like 
Gave them the books and resources and "I dont like reading" or have 0 interest.
Their competitors are slowly transitioning and they don't have access to the experience I do and they using the time to everything else but growMore podcasts, more courses, simply because you cannot know everything in this world.
