VA has a no duty to retreat law

Like u said it’s gon be on his lawyers ability to argue it was his right as a citizen to be strapped at work, foot locker policy will play a role as @Blessings said

I think a good lawyer can argue in criminal matters the 2nd amendment takes priority over any states rule
You obviously did not read what you posted. Just saw the no duty to retreat and skipped everything else.

sorry you had to see that OP. ive been fortunate enough in that i havent seen too much physical violence. i saw two homeless people murder each other on burnside street in oregon. that was terrible. ive been trying to get a little more comfortable with death as i age, but even open casket wakes are too much for me. im bytch made, though.

Damn I ain’t condone this but as a law aspiring nikka I can see he gon beat this joint bruh…

U gon call me p*ssy and do me like that smh

This why I be telling folks try not to fight, America is the most gun happy land in the world statistically, can’t beat that
Nah you the homie, but I feel very strongly that men who are willing to kill because they lose a fight, or men who are willing to kill instead of fight, is p*ssy behavior. The situations that truly require taking another person's life, are truly few and far between. Losing a fight isn't a reason to kill someone, and people who feel that way, they should man up and learn how to de-escalate situations before getting into a fight...

I'm a de-escalator and I don't even think losing a fight justifies killing...

Life has taught me that most men are afraid of other men in some form or fashion. People don't scare me, so I don't move around as if I'm afraid of other people. But I've also had a lifetime of experiences that have built a certain resiliency that educated me on how to behave, because I definitely didn't always make the best decisions...
