“Gardner” is Kim Gardner, St. Louis circuit attorney. She is being blamed for a driver(not named, and not the shooter in this story) who had violated his bail multiple times, and who was facing felony charges, hit a teenager causing the teen to lose her legs.

I feel like these repeat offenders are being let out on purpose. There was a dude that got arrested 90 times for robbery last week and he bonded out again. I remember back in the day, violent criminals would go to jail and sit down for a year or two

R.I.P to the homeless man.

Not knowing the situation, pretty sure it didn't warrant being gunned down in the street.

Oh well, the shooter is going to sit down for bit and get to reflect.

Edit: Should have not gotten out to be able to commit murder:

Before the video of the Monday murder surfaced, Gardner was already under fire after a driver facing felony charges for robbery — who had violated his bail conditions multiple times — hit a teenager earlier this month, causing her to lose her legs.
Give that no hope having ass n-gga life

And y'all still think we dont need more draconian gun laws. This motherfukker is going to get to live in prison for the rest of his life but I think that's too easy. Need to put a bullet in his head just like how he did that homeless dude
The problem is the people who want to add more and harsh restrictions to guns keep getting downvoted.

I mean you got p-ssy ass Josh Hawley asking for the DA to resign when he was one of the main perpetrators voting against gun restrictions. You know the same gun restrictions that would of made it hard for the shooter to get.

That's assuming the shooter legally purchased this firearm which is seeming to be more and more unlikely at this point.

This.

Some people don't need to be on the street.

Remove your feelings for a moment and understand that a dude who loaded up in broad daylight to kill a man who he was'nt in physical conflict with AND was'nt putting his life in danger, is a threat to society and must be removed from it.

We can talk about rehabilitation from now until the cows come home but this man should not be on the street right now.
when can we talk about prevention?

the man was sitting on the curb aimlessly because he had no home to go to or elsewhere to be.

possibly mentally-ill man was able to acquire a gun.

multiple societal failures took place for this senseless tragedy to occur.
