My only real question is after this do those guys get sent somewhere where they spend the rest of their lives in isolation?

I am assuming they are lifers but they should spend the rest of their lives alone.

And this is why there needs to be a death penalty. There's no real consequence for somebody who has a life sentence, so they're free to do stuff like this repeatedly or for no reason. And no , solitary is not enough neither is moving them to a different facility.



It might even be worth it to give them the Guantanamo treatment as a deterrent.
