DENVER - The Denver Nuggets and the NBA have scheduled a mysterious announcement for Thursday morning.

At 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, the Nuggets' public relations office emailed 7NEWS an invitation to the 11:30 a.m. announcement. The email said the event will take place in the Pepsi Center's press lounge, but doesn't hint at the subject.

On the line labeled "What," the email says only, "Major announcement."
