Who in the hell told you nursing school was easy?
ask any nursing student.
Nursing is known to be a tough program.
This here, and nursing schools are very competitive to get into too, every few years the requirements of getting into nursing school goes up and up.
She's going into nursing. If she needs this much hand-holding for an exam, there's no way she's going to make it as a nurse.
if you cant handle stress you shouldn't be a nurse, doctor saying pass me the and your like ugh ah i cant take it

Can't handle the stress of an exam, how in the fukk are you going to handle ICU patients with a pissed off attending that hasn't slept in 32 hours barking orders & breathing down your neck?
Chick would have a nervous breakdown and be directly responsible for several deaths.
If you're not component, Healthcare isn't for you. Everyone doesn't get a medal.
Mom & dad will get over it.

It sounds like she was in the program for a few years thus her taking her final exam. A nursing degree isn't like any other bachelors degree. Nursing programs are split into Theory(Classroom) and Clinical sections. Any program puts you through 1000s of hours of clinical experience. SO I don't know where you guys are getting this idea that she doesn't have what it takes to be a nurse. Shes taking her final exam, final exams and NNCLEX exams are some of the hardest. I can still hear my classmates crying when they took them, some of the brightest classmates had to re-take the state NCLEX exam 3 times.
I remember when I was in school the hardest part was taking exams not because I didn't study but because it was stressful. Working alongside doctors and being in Clinical wasn't as stressful. Its unlike any other bachelors program, its not like a communications or business degree where you can doze off and show up the next day and get a passing grade lol
A nursing degree might very well be one of the hardest to obtain.

She already has nursing experience, I came from a nursing program. Any program puts you in the clinical experience and trains you, I don't know why thecoli is just assuming you can take nursing and not have any clinical experience and make it to the final exam. Your a good rational poster that's in a medical program. You should know how hard it is.
In any nursing program, they have you visit different wards and you deal with pissed off patients all the time. The school I went to we got experience in Nursing Homes, Hospitals, etc. If she made it 4 years she dealt with every possible scenario.
She most likely knows she isn't going to pass the NCLEX to get her license and now wants money from the university. Sometimes the school final is harder than the actual state exam. I know alot of students that never passed them/
Thanks Brehā¢, I wrote that shyt in a hurry tooVery detailed and insightful post. and, also I like razor ramon

A lot of this starts in K-12. Any time a student fails or scores low on a standardized test, it's always the teacher's/school's fault. They carry this mentality to college and the real world where it doesn't work that way and you are accountable for yourself and end up flunking out/getting fired.
Thanks Brehā¢, I wrote that shyt in a hurry too
if you have any ?'s let me know. Are u in the field?
I just changed my AVI the other day, I was repping the razor for 3 years on here

Every nursing student goes through that, its just tht some people deal with it better than others. Its not k-12. It takes people multiple times to get through the final exam. Some of you guys are treating this like its any other field when it isn't.Well, clearly she doesn't if she can't pass her exam even with additional time and testing in a "distraction-free" environment. Someone whose disabilities include "anxiety, depression and stress" should not go into one of the most stressful occupations. Supervised clinical experience is very different from being on your own. What's she going to do if someone is having an heart attack, tell the patient, "Shut up! You're distracting me!"

Like I said shes trying to get money now because she knows she's not going to be pass the NCLEX state exam if she can't pass the schools final first. Taking an exam and being in a clinical setting are two different things breh. Exams are stressful, I can't tell you the amount of good people that dropped because they couldn't pass an exam but were otherwise good nurses. I like you, your a quality poster, chill.
I like the link you posted.

U gotta chill with the posters in #TSC sometime, I know you fukks with the Double Double E.Thanks for the insight.![]()

. To anybody thats interested, look into an LVN program. Just make sure they have a high pass-rate and make sure they have all of their accreditations. Even though the pay ($15-30 depending on where you live and work at) isn't as good, at least you still have a foot in the door
The waiting list for some of these RN Programs are
and I had to let people know I don't play that he say, she say. Alot of students argue and fight with each other too
