99% of those names are old school nxt.

Theres been plenty of talent since then who could be main roster mainstays, but are being buried.

I say mainstays because not everyone will be a star. But they don't havw to be jobbers either

I don’t think it has to do with gimmicks because I’m pretty sure no one changed their character when they hit the main roster. It has to do more with being sidelined or jobbing.

90% of the people you listed were either already over from their ROH/TNA/Japan runs or are second generation stars

Bliss and Big E are the only people on that list who had no connection to wrestling before the PC

The crux of the problem is that ever since NXT came to the Network, characters that have gotten over in Full Sail have been ruined by Creative or just fell flat.

First, I've never counted TNA, ROH, or Foreign stars as WWE developmental successes because of their background.

Second, what your missing is that the majority of people who are complaining are talking about people from developmental who have been called up and failed since NXT starting airing on the WWE Network in 2014.

Before that point, people didn't even watch OVW, FCW, DSW or the first two years of NXT because it wasn't accessible to everyone.

Problem is that most of those names were handpicked to be featured. That's nothing to be highlighted as a positive thing. Just more WWE dictation.
