Rose used a new finish on NXT this week. A Snapmare driver. Think Ambrose's headlock driver, but......snap mare. Its okay.
The double arm DDT though is decent enough in todays WWE universe.
Finishers aside I agree that the wrestling on NXT is just better to watch usually. But its mostly because they let them rock, and the announce team isnt godawful unlike a certain monday night show

Yeah, but some of them been there long enough they should've shown some improvements.

Well consider this, when does a wrestler have to have a flashy move? NXT developmental isn't just for development, but the whole entire package. It's basically like a soccer/football youth academy.
With OVW, there was; WWE will or will not consider you.
Now with NXT, it's all about unlocking potential or discovering who is not going to make it. WWE is investing in these careers to find the next big stars for it's company. So if someone was to have a flashy finisher; say a Canadian Destroyer, they probably would get in trouble because the key to going from NXT to WWE is about performance and not something devastating. I mean look at Rusev and Bray Wyatt, their finishers are nothing exciting but it's how they present that character to the audience.
