he's the elder statesman of the unit. might be perceived as the least important but i don't really see it that way

Talent-wise I think Adam Cole is fourth on that totem pole. But he's apparently the best promo of the group so he's the leader.

Being honest, I'd assume the actual tag team is No. 2 on the hierarchy but Roddy has been all the way in his bag and is kind of the muscle/hitman of the stable so he's gotta be the No. 2.

Cole is the most over and the best promo. Ring-work though you're probably right. But that just goes to show the group is amazing

I mean... Fish and O'Reilly both actually train MMA/BJJ in their off-time and implement it into their in-ring. Roddy just been wrestling forever and was a workhorse back in the ROH days. Cole has been able to float off his promo and his character work and hasn't had to lean on his work to get over, and doesn't seemingly lean into any legit work. He should be the weakest worker.
But it's disappointing when you consider the NXT champion isn't even the best in his crew, nevermind in the promotion itself.

I like UE, but I'm already ready for the all-gold-everything era to be over. Upset the stranglehold, get some other people involved and holding titles. Something.

same could be said about the four horsemen. flair wasn't "legit" but he had 3 badasses backing him up
