NXT needs to now be considered equal with the main roster

People can't stay in NXT forever. NXT can't be responsible for the main roster not using people properly.

NXT is supposed to be a developmental division but now it's just a holding center for all the indy talent that they raided. NXT needs to remain a developmental division. One thing that they should do is add a midcard title. Maybe even bring back that old FCW Title for Ironman matches.

The only thing I think shouldn't happen is having guys stay there if they're already proven elsewhere- IMO, Samoa Joe and Roode should have gone straight to the main roster like AJ did, and Drew should've come back to the roster as well, seeing as how he's actually better now than he was before. But thinking someone should be kept down in NXT out of fear they won't make it on the roster is a loser mentality, I'd be insulted as a wrestler if someone told me 'we're just gonna keep you here' just so I can wrestle other up-and-comers and don't have to wrestle other guys that are already stars.

NXT needs to be 90 minutes though to really flesh out the characters and feuds. You see some people wrestle and then literally won't see or hear or them again for another 5 months, if not longer.

And it's usually PC homegrown talent who get the short end of the stick. Right now the only singles star from the PC on weekly is Velveteen Dream. The rest of those guys had indie buzz before NXT.

Even in the women's division, they're focusing on Billie, Peyton, Ember, Nikki Cross, Ruby Riot and Kairi Sane. All those girls already have in-ring experience, if you want them to flesh out their characters cool but they shouldn't be taking all the in-ring time for women, when Mandy, Bianca, Lacey Evans, etc. should be getting reps.

If you can possibly get paid the same and work a lighter schedule, what does it matter? The only people booked as "stars" are Brock, Cena, Roman and Braun. And honestly the latter two might be a stretch.

Well, that's the difference between the people who just want the paycheck and the ones that actually wanna become stars and make bigger paychecks.

You know what I mean by stars, I mean the ones who do the PPVs, the ones who win the titles, the ones who get pushes... the ones who probably get paid much more than a guy who just wants to hang around NXT forever and get a steady paycheck. Considering what NXT's purpose is, you probably wouldn't last long there either if you were to be so complacent and stagnant that they don't want to bring you up to the roster. Eventually, you'd end up getting let go.

Cuz its catered to the smarks. Its still developmental, if marks can get behind them in NXT, then it will work on the main roster 9/10 times. Thats why they do NXT debuts on the main roster in smark cities.

The writers are writing them 1 three minute segment a week Not that hard to fukk it up. On RAW sometimes the same guy will have 4 segments!

or it shouldn't be viewed as a stepping stone anymore. Some talent are just better suited on there than they are on the main roster. Most of the NXT audience likely has WWE Network, whereas you cannot say the same for everyone who attends RAW/SD shows.

....Nakamura, Asuka, Roode, multiple others who you just know there's not enough room for them to really SHINE on the main roster.... Just let them be superstars on NXT and leave it at that. OR, maybe have the occasional matchup against RAW/SD talent and gradually introduce them to the "main" audience.

Let me tell u something..as long as they keep playing games with NXT call ups...none of that stuff matters. Sasha and Bayley are WHY the buzz for women's wrestling that was on NXT in 2015 reached Raw and they pushed a tall and a short blonde girl over both for the better part of two years and the reaction for women matches ain't been the same since. Sasha and Bayley should be emptying everyone's pockets as female Rock and Austin level stars. What a disgrace.
