They are in Toronto and Spears and Page are from near Toronto. Kayfabe wise them getting title shots makes sense. Spears beat the #1 contender and the champ over the last few weeks and Page beat the #1 contender as well, Je'Von Evans, who won a Battle Royal to get the shot. Yeah I've never watched a Page match until NXT so I wasn't familiar with his background. Like most things involving Spears, your subconscious tends to block things out when it comes to him.
