Seems like they intend on killing the indies like they did the other majors. How can they sustain all these new signings unless they plan on completely overhauling NXT to be a legit third brand? Where does that leave the development talent? The roster is getting big and they'll inevitably have to trim the fat.

Jay should go straight to the main roster. He doesn't need gimmick refinement. Neither did Joe, but he's a great trainer and provides heft and stature to young talent.
Lethal would have a run-in debut to instant main event feud (if Roman's not holding the belt). If not a splash entrance against a face, then a heel save for New Day, and he takes over as vocal leader to help them get serious about getting whatever belts are out there, while still showing his humor.
