Kevin Owens is a heel...he's just not doing a very good job at getting heat. He's trying to be too much of a cool badass. Thats why they put guys in developmental before moving em to the main roster. He's still got that ROH mentality...pandering to the fans...He doesnt get it yet.

Nah, I think the issue is that the NXT crowd is a 'smark' crowd, and they've supporteed Owens since his indie days so they're not gonna stop now to be 'kayfabe fans'. They tried to push the PG "Fight Owens Fight" chant to follow the "Kill Steen Kill" chant, but it took them less than three minutes during the Zayn match for them to turn it back into "Kill Owens Kill", against the biggest babyface in the company. You can't stop fans from cheering who they want, but sometimes it wouldn't hurt if they respected kayfabe a bit as well.

They are respecting Kayfabe. The whole point of going to any show in any medium of entertainment is to be entertained and be able to clap, yell, and scream, whatever and however the fukk you want to. They should ignore their emotions? Ya'll gotta stop blaming the fans for everything... thats like saying if I don't like the new Kendrick album, it's not that the music wasn't good, I just didnt respect the artistry.

What type of robotic shyt is that? People didn't boo heels, in the 80's, 90's etc. because they were supposed to... they booed because the actions of the character warranted booing... genuine response. They cheered Warrior, how could you not.

We booed Earthquake cause he squashed Hogan, we booed Slaughter because he was piece of shyt and he betrayed America, We booed Shawn because he betrayed his friend. Hell, we boo Seth for the same reason... Owens betrayed his friend, BUT he didnt do it to be the top guy, he did it to feed his kid... Just so happens the top guy makes the most dough.


The world is more complex, people are smarter. I think Owens booking reflects that. So you can choose to support his journey, or you can choose to dislike him, their are people on both sides of that coin. Thats the genuine reponse, I fukk with him personally, and I NEVER seen him the indies. That makes him the epitome of tweener. At least at this point it does.

Hogan dId plenty of grimy heel shyt such a eliminating sid after he got fairly eliminated or the title shot he got from Bret etc Owens just beating up zayn doesnt make him a heel it's not as simple as that . Eddie lied cheated and stole as a face and Brett hart got booed for saying he didn't think kids should be seeing austins and dx antics , jericho got booed for pointing out hbk was a manipulative cheater . Owens at this point is pretty much brock , a no nonsense asskicker prize fighter !

I disagree, I've seen Steen as a babyface...and he's pretty much a tweener when he is...and he's different from this character. Plus you don't bring wrestlers in to a new organization as tweeners...thats never done. You either have a heel that starts getting over with the crowds so you decide to turn him face with heel tendancies...or you have a babyface that turns heel but doesnt get over cuz the fans like him too much...so you decide to be heel with face tendancies...with the WWE its usually transitional...you don't pair a tweener with the #1 babyface in the company his first fued. But I guess time will tell if you're right or not. As for right now I think common sense would say that he's a heel whose yet to find a niche in getting heat with the smark crowd as opposed to the thought of WWE making him a tweener and succeeding. But like I said...we'll see how this develops.
