Right, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a demotion. I'm not saying they were going to decline it, but for HHH to frame it as anything more than a demotion is disingenuous. Curtis Axel is probably about to a 3rd stint with NXT at 35, I'm sure he's tired of these refreshing opportunities.
