As far as his promo's go, you find most of them if you search on Youtube.
As far as his ring work goes, tonight you saw his best in ring performance ever. Dude's never been as good in the ring as he was in that match.

On the backstage atmosphere at Unstoppable: “One word. Intense. These guys and girls are hungry to show the world what they do.”
On what NXT means to him: “It means everything. It’s the future.”
On the most crucial thing he’s learned from running NXT: “The future is ours to create. With clear direction and hard work anything is possible.”

To those wondering Joes theme was inspired by the Streets of Rage music.
Streets of Rage has some dope music.
That divas tag match put a huge smile on my face. 
The breeze baylor match was aight. Thought they were going to come harder than that

WWE managed to turn NXT into an Indy promotion. The 2015 class of NXT is on some other shyt
