Update – 12:09 p.m.: Jeff Wilpon confirmed to reporters that the reports of the Mets leaving WFAN are “fairly accurate” and the team is in negotiations with several other networks, which should be resolved in six weeks
“The arrangement would bump the Mets off the station that has carried their games since WFAN’s inception in 1987,” he adds.
Best lists ESPN Radio and WOR as possible landing spots for Mets radio telecasts.
