The main thoroughfares, Cookman Ave. and Kingsley St., are now just bars, restaurants, clubs, and other 'tourist attractions', with a bunch of $300,000+ condominiums bordering them. It's still majority Black/Hispanic on my street until you get to 2 blocks from the beach. Caucasians own all that.
