I disagree, when MTV Jams was playing throwbacks all day yesterday I was glued to the tv until the game came on. Sure you can watch vids anytime you want on youtube but it's a lot of vids I totally forgot about that came on. Plus there's that feeling of knowing that everyone else is watching what you're watching that youtube doesn't provide.

You can't make money off an antiquated viewing experience directed at a few customers who might enjoy that kind of thing. You like watching old videos that specific way and that's cool, but that shyt is over.
Super Nintendo is my favorite game system of all time, but I wouldn't spend my money or anybody else's money trying to compete with Playstation 4 and XBOX One by bringing back the Super Nintendo lol.
There's a reason MTV Jams doesn't exist anymore. It's because it's a ratings black hole. Yet you think they can base an entire startup channel around that? You might as well burn your money.
