NY Heads, anyone know anything about Ocean Bay Apartments in Far Rockaway, Queens?

Far Rockaway smells horrible cause they sitting so close to the ocean but the trash mixed in makes it worse... like damn it doesnt smell like sea air or nothing...

Yea more housing projects are going to be under RAD soon. I believe east New York linden houses might be one not too sure

Not sure if the pipeline but like 1/3 of project developments are entering the program. The results have been impressive

The worst smelling area next to the water in my opinion is Canarsie. They have a shyt plant there too that does not make the situation better

Bayside is across the street from oceanside

North of Beach channel drive is bay side. South of BCD and more importantly south of the A train is ocean side. Ocean village is south of the A train. Ocean Bay is north of of BCD.

I went to summer school at south shore high school right across the shyt plant and south shore had no ACs

as they should. Black people need to really get out of this mindset of accepting the harsh environment of nycha all because their rent is $600 a month.
