So if a tenant does not pay their rent the owner cannot evict them just like that?
Was talking to little guyanese brawd chick i used to kick it with. Anyway one day we were talking about how apartments and she was telling me about her dad's businesses blah blah blah and how in NY they have "rent control" and all that other stuff that can be a pain in the ass for the owners of rental properties up there.
How common is that? And can someone further explain.
Down here in GA and FL if you dont pay your rent, unless you work out a deal with the leasing company you may have as little as 10-30 days before they yank your stuff out the place.
