Like I say alllllll the time about censorship on the web, especially social media......and have been proven right multiple times.....when you start this type stuff of censoring people you don't like you are only setting up for yourself or people you do like to be to be treated the same and booted out of restaurants, bars, etc.

I'm talking about precedent, I'm well aware political affiliation is not a protected class, but in this climate not allowing someone in your restaurant for their political affiliation can swing back as I alluded to with my examples in the OP.

You can not legally discriminate based on race, religion, gender, disability, and in some places sexual orientation.

That means....if you feel you were discriminated against based on these factors you have grounds for legal action, including a lawsuit. So sure it happens, but less likely.

However, booting some one out of your restaurant because of political affiliation is somewhat new territory for this decade and this climate. The point I'm making is that folks are watching this and will use it as an opportunity to kick you out for a political statement you are making via your clothing.

Is YouTube, Twitter, Facebook racist establishments? Did they not boot Stacker Pentacost, Umar Johnson, Tariq Nasheed , Boyce Watkins off their platforms for periods of time because of their speech??? Am I just making that up?

However, those black pundits got censorsed mainly after those platforms started going aggressively after conservative pundits.
