Pretty much. And lets be real here. A lot of these gentifiers are fukking entitled and spoiled. Its billy from the suburbs thats moving into bushwick brooklyn that wants to be a coffee shop worker in williamsburg that feels he should get paid 30 dollars an hour to pay for overpriced rent which should be ILLEGAL to begin with. Billy wants to move in to brooklyn to basically do nothing for 2 years then move to somewhere else. Thats why shyts going to get worse.
