There’s another housing lottery for homeownership in bed stuy ocean hill area. Those homes are nicer and the value will be worth it. The income requirements are higher I believe

Nah they always do but a lot of time it’s condos or those hdfc co-OPs but as for houses yea they haven’t put that much like this since spring creek got built back in the 08 days.
