True story I don't know how people use timbs as winter shoes. They are not lined unless I get some winterized ones. Maybe for mild winters

I can see as a fall shoe but in the winter out here when it gets to the below double digits regular timbs are not cutting it. Ive owned those and the timberland field boots performed better in cold weather

There are definitely better winter shoes out there.
but i'm really just looking for something thats waterproof. they do that job perfectly fine.

like you i've only owned one pair timbs, but i still own it to this day and break it out during the winter mostly.
So to a casual observer i might look like a dude who swears by timbs, but really they just stay in good shape and very resistant to wear and tear.
All i've had to was replace the inner soles and couple time over the past 10 years, and you would never know they were old as shyt.

Bet them soles smelled like race horse breeding grounds and bat caves, toxic foot having ass nikka. Them bytches smell like an auctioned 84 Caprice with flood damage from Katrina.

it's all in the socks... getchu a nice pair of merino wool ones and put em on indoors, then you can go running in the cold even in trainers
