Oh @trick try Mel’s Burger in the UWS on Broadway between 111th and 110th st. It’s a nice bar/restaurant with a bunch of gourmet burgers on the menu and decent craft beer selections. There’s also The Shaking Crab right across the street. It’s a seafood place and they give you gloves, pliers and a bib and you eat with your hands! These two spots are right by Columbia Uni so they draw in the college crowd. And honestly there’s a bunch of places on Broadway between 103rd St and 116th....again because of the college crowd.

I know a few la transplants in ny and when they go back to LA, ny food is one of the things they miss. It's hard to argue.

homesick people miss food from back home? thats not hard to argue at all

You got any recommendations for viet food? I'm with my family, and they always want viet food even though they can easily make any viet dish:francis:
