If You Believe There's Even A 1% Chance Of The Knicks Leaving NY You Should Slit Your Own Throat Immediately

Pretty apparent now why Dolan wanted to keep the WSS property in his back pocket...IDK where else they could build on the Island.

Knicks playin at Gauchos

If the Knicks DID move by some chance to the BX I would be a Knicks fan though. I don't want them to, because any NY arena /facility / anything will be used by that dyke Quinn as another excuse to gentrify

Anti-pussification of NYC

If not for that state of the art ice skating rink they're gonna built at the Armory site, that would be a perfect spot for an arena
They aren't adding a ton of seats like MSG. One of the rinks is going to have seating but nothing in the 7 thousand plus seating capacity.

Fair enough. You have to admit weiner is real dikk pics or not. At least he grew up in the city. I think Kingsbridge is still to scary, with all the robberies up there.

Oh I know. I was referring to the site, not whether they can play inside the new facility.

Knicks On Kingsbridge? I'd Have Tears In My Eye Bruh, Tears! BX Welcomes Our NY Knicks lol

I'd switch up. On everything.

Kingsbridge is a lot better off than other spots in the area though. It's just the side streets you gotta worry about.

Queens, NY
I put my money on Long Island City, Queens. It's the new downtown of Queens, it has space, close to Manhattan.

They beat them out by only a few million so now all the acts will say oh time to perform at the newly refinished garden .

It's part the renovations but it's more that MSG's rental fees are well above Barclays as of now. Barclays is the new arena in town, and charges you less to play there, so more and more artists have booked up there. MSG will get a bump back when the renovations finish, but unless they lower the rental cost to compete with Barclays they may still be behind, especially if artists are looking to make the most money per show since they will get the same sellout in the NYC area for and see more of the paper from it.

Pretty crazy since these renovations aren't even done yet and they are already on the clock to get out. Can't see Dolan giving up the fight, he will prolly get another extension out of them down the line. But they gotta start looking at new locations ASAP so they aren't left in the dark if it fails. You'd think they'd have to start building the new one in about 6 to 7 years to ensure it's ready to go.
