Nah, there are special tours, mainly done on disused lines
i was about to drop the same documentary,shyt was dope,i dig documentaries about thee oddities/disenfranchised groups..
most of them are dope fiends and seem to get along better then you surface dwellers..

There are tours. It cost about $10 a head and you need at least 10 people but you have to be a member of the museum which costs like $30.
IMO it's much funner to do it the old fashion way
That's one way but there's also hidden entrances all throughout the city
You could enter thru where the train exits the tunnel or it could be as simple as opening a locked door in a train station and following where it leads you

The easiest way to see an abandoned station is to take the 6 train downtown to the last stop. After the train leaves the station, jump down and follow it.
