Is gentrefication a bad thing tho? When I see Spike Lee griping about Gentrification in my mind I'm thinking "Well Spike, what did u have to offer?"
Also I cant really shoot this down. I've seen ATMS in hispanic neighborhoods that had spanish speaking ATMs with English as a secondary option.
I dont see Black folks stressing to only put their money into Carver banks so until I see some sort of unitfied front that I know will never happen we just gonna have to let this "gentrification" thing ride out and see how it all ends.

Nyc will never have less people there's too much money involved in the commercialism of it being a Money capital. When u see all the low income housing projects in areas of far rockaway that shouldn't even have projects due to its demographic being more of a retirement location, that tells me that greed to keep a cash revolving door will never go away.
